The president for the building fund, Borge Kirk had invited a solicitor at this occasion, and the offer was for two building-sites at Dundonald St., and the price was £4000. The matter was debated at length and finally it was decided to buy “on conditions” ...The sections were bought and rented by B.Kirk Ltd, who paid for the city rate.
